Whether your BeatBox is wine-based or malt-based is clearly indicated on the packaging.
BeatBox is best enjoyed within a year of production, but does not have a technical expiration date. Tea flavors maintain their quality for up to two years, while all other flavors retain their quality for up to three years. After that time, changes in color and flavor intensity may occur, but product safety is not affected. The production date (“born-on” date) is printed on each package.
No, BeatBox is not certified Organic.
Refunds are available for products that arrive damaged or do not meet our quality standards. Please direct all refund requests to beatboxsupport@anheuser-busch.com
If you need to make a change to your order, please contact: beatboxsupport@anheuser-busch.com. We will do our best to accommodate requests; however, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or fulfillment.
If a tracking number has already been assigned, additional charges may apply for any requested changes. We cannot accommodate returns for items that are fulfilled and delivered as intended based on your order details.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order. Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order.
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Once the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will replace your order or issue a full refund at no additional cost. Orders marked as delivered but reported missing will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

We review partnership requests on a rolling basis, but we recommend submitting proposals at least 3-6 months before your event to allow time for review and planning.
